Photostory 3 for Windows XP is not a web 2.0 application since you do need to download it on to your local PC but it is extremely useful for children and students of all ages since it allows them to integrate photos, audio and narrated audio easily. In order to put it on line though you will need a web 2.0 video sharing site. YouTube is out of the question but Vimeo is a far better and infinitely safer bet.
